Aged in 35L Sweet Chestnut casks for 7 months to create a sophisticated lightness.
Smooth honey and vanilla overtones imbued with a subtle, sweet smokiness provide a satisfying, lingering finish to the perfect day.
How We Make Our Spirits
Our spirits are produced by an independent small-batch copper-pot distillery in the Northamptonshire countryside, close to the Grand Union Canal. This gives us a range of exciting grain-to-glass spirits and liqueurs.
Grain is locally ‘mashed’ for our English single malts, gins and vodkas, and local fruit for our brandies and apple-based liqueurs and aperitifs.
Each bottle is hand finished; a wax-seal is applied to the neck along with our Towpath Tipples stamp and the label is completed and initialled by our master bottler.
